Appointments & Rescheduling
I have dedicated time to you for your session. Should you need to reschedule for any reason please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you are responsible for up to 100% of your session cost.
Calling
I love texting, so texting me at 704.516.2586 would be the best way to reach me.
As a courtesy to my clients, when in session I will be unavailable to answer the phone or the door. If you don’t leave a message, I won’t be able to return your call. All calls and texts will be returned as soon as possible.
Clothing
For private training, wear appropriate athletic clothing or clothing that gives you a full range of motion. Performance wise, you may want to consider cross-training shoes.
Cell Phones
You are here to focus on your body, be it for massage or private training. So please turn your cell phone off or to silent.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. Our services are HSA and FSA friendly (may need a prescription for services from your doctor).
Food & Drink
I don’t allow food at the studio, but hydration is important so bring a water bottle for your session.
