Sports Massage and ART for Athletes – Valerie is full-body certified for Active Release Technique, and specializes in injury rehab and conditioning massage for athletes. Find out how massage can help athletes or anyone with a chronic injury.

An Introduction to Pilates in History and Principle – In order to understand the Pilates Method and how it works, we dive into the history of Pilates then the principles thereof.
